This program is based on two, one-hour sessions per week for athletes and non-athletes who want to commit to non sport-specific training and improve their athletic abilities. This month long program will focus on long term strength patterns, development and leadership skills.
Fully certified and insured personal trainers, we are based out of Center for Strength and Athlete Development (CSAD).
